Morley Farm is a traditional Cotswold Farmhouse. But what we were asked to do was far from traditional. The house had limited extension possibilities. So, instead we had to reinvent within the building’s existing footprint. The final result was a transformative reconfiguration from a 2-bed into a 6-bed property. We also refurbished the outdoor pool.
The project was managed by the client onsite and had many unique and interesting challenges. The creation of the feature master suite, for example, involved knocking 3 into one and removing unused attic space to form a stunning gallery.
Our clients also had an issue with visitors not knowing where to park. So, they often entered the property via the utility rooms. We installed a new driveway, directing people to the front door and solving the problem.
